Cookie Policy
Last updated: 2 June 2026 · Version: 1.0
This Cookie Policy explains how GMHCO LTD, trading as "TradesFlow", uses cookies and similar technologies on the TradesFlow website and apps. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies include local storage, software development kits (SDKs) in our mobile apps, and pixels. We use the word "cookies" to cover all of these.
2. The categories we use
Strictly necessary — required for the Platform to work: keeping you signed in, security, fraud and device-trust checks, load balancing, and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off in our systems.
Functional — remember your preferences and settings to improve your experience.
Analytics / performance — help us understand how the Platform is used so we can improve it. We use PostHog for product analytics. These are set only with your consent where required.
Marketing — measure and improve our marketing. We use these only with your consent.
3. Third parties that may set cookies
- PostHog — product analytics
- Stripe — payments and fraud prevention
- Firebase / Google — authentication, app infrastructure, and (if enabled) analytics
These providers process data under their own terms and as our processors where applicable; see our Privacy Policy for how we share data.
4. Managing your choices
Where required by law, we ask for your consent to non-essential cookies through a cookie banner, and you can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings link. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, and limit app tracking through your device's privacy settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the Platform working.
5. Changes and contact
We may update this policy; the "Last updated" date shows the latest version. Questions: privacy@tradesflow.trade.
